TWO EVENTS. ONE DAY. SAME LOCATION.

Greater Shepparton City Council has partnered with GV Health Foundation to bring together two wonderful community-focused events.

The Health and Wellbeing Event and the inaugural Ladies Who Lunch Event will be held at Riverlinks Eastbank on Sunday, 29 October 2023.

This is your day to come together with friends to celebrate, learn and go home feeling supported and ready to live a more fulfilled life.

You can purchase a ticket to the Health and Wellbeing Event which gives you access to 30+ local professionals and innovators across health and wellbeing industry, workshops, talks, demonstrations and a tote bag full of goodies!

The Ladies Who Lunch Event (SOLD OUT) is a day of celebration with engaging speakers, gift bags and raffles with all ticket holders having full access to the Health and Wellbeing Event.

Funds raised from the events will support women's oncology at GV Health.

ENTRY

Via Riverlinks Studios doorways where our friendly staff will check your ticket, provide you with a wrist band and goodie bag and direct you in.

DRESS CODE

Anything you are comfortable in. If you are participating in a workout, physical session we advise you to wear active clothes and bring a towel. Please BYO your own yoga mat for the yoga, pilates or stretching sessions.

Programming kicks off

Programming kicks off and you can design your day! Grab some lunch and connect with the local exhibitors.

35+ workshops, talks, demonstration will take place in the MIND+ MOVE, MAKE by myeden & LEARN breakout areas.

4PM

The event finishes


TICKETING

We recommend buying your tickets for the event in advance. Purchase your ticket here.

Your ticket gives you access to all programming sessions. All sessions are capped so it’s first in best dressed. If you are eager to do a certain workshop we advise getting there 10 minutes early to beat the crowd. 

WRISTBANDS

Guests will be given a wristband on entry; you’ll need to wear the band while you’re at the event.

Riverlinks Eastbank is conveniently located in the heart of Shepparton, it is easily accessible for all visitors.

PARKING

The best off-street parking is on the Goulburn River side of Eastbank, accessed from Marungi Street.

ACCESSIBILITY

Disabled access and facilities are provided throughout the building including disabled toilets, lifts, ramps and

CATERING

A food truck, coffee van and a gin bar will be available. External catering can not be brought into the venue.
